JACQUELYN BROOKINS
VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN CAPITAL
Jacquelyn Brookins is the Vice President of Human Capital for RPI Group, Inc. and is responsible for leading the human capital strategy. Jacquelyn has over 15 years of human resources, strategic talent acquisition, and project management experience, with a majority of her career specifically dedicated within government contracting market space. Jacquelyn enjoys navigating the complexities of HR and Industrial Security, but her passion is employee relations and workforce development. Since joining RPI in 2016, she has built a robust HR department that focuses on aligning employee engagement initiatives with organizational objectives. Attracting and retaining a highly skilled and engaged workforce is her guiding principle for continued growth at RPI.
Jacquelyn completed her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies from George Mason University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has served as an executive board member at the Fredericksburg Regional Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2021 where she currently leads the chapter as President. As a passionate HR leader, she is honored to serve the community of HR professionals, elevating the profession and furthering positive impacts in the workplace.
Jacquelyn is married to Don, her high school sweetheart, and they live a very active lifestyle with their two children and goldendoodle. They spend most evenings and weekends at various sporting events. Luckily, the kids got Don’s athletic genes! Although Jacquelyn is more of a creative soul that enjoys cooking, organizing, singing, and reading, she is still fiercely competitive.
